Athletic Strength & Conditioning Training
The goal for this class is to inform and train athletes, using callisthenic work outs. Gymnastics based workouts will be used to build strength and endurance as well as lean muscle that will be beneficial in any physical activity. Athletes of any age can engage in an intensive full body workout with reduced strain on the body.
